Medical Spas were struggling to execute consultations that were not in-person. SegmentMD was built to reduce the friction of remote consultations and save in-person time for the staff.
Hired on as a single developer, I built SegmentMD to detect skin conditions, recommend treatments, and provide an instant after with those same treatments. All with custom AI models, a parallel processing architecture, high-performant frontend, and a robust backend.
Rise of Deep Fake scam calls, where a member of DeepAlana was impersonated on a call to a family member - which started the need for a tool to detect and block these calls.
I created the initial production-ready MVP which in real-time was able to detect deepfake calls as a layer on top of the existing call center software. I trained a proprietary detection model that has accuracy of up to 98.5% in little under 2 weeks of training. Alongside the integration capabilities with the frontend to bring analytics to the call center team.
Sales team of 20-25 people were struggling to keep a consistent pipeline of leads. They were using a manual system of spreadsheets and emails to track leads and opportunities.
Developed an autonomous lead generation system that uses multiple sources of data with personalized insights that are imported into the sales team's pipeline. This was able to scare up to 200 leads per hour.
Brand new Medical Spa needed to get up and running quickly with a website that needed to be optimized for booking, and ranking for keywords that are not advertisable due to trademarks and censorable treatments.
Developed a conversion-focused website that was able to rank for keywords that are not advertisable but are highly searched nationally for and in their area. The website was able to generate 100 leads in the first month due to aggressive SEO optimizations I deployed site-wide.
Government agency wanted affordable fast shipping of IT products for their headquarters in St Louis. Their previous incumbent was not able to deliver on time and in budget.
